Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

A person is not considered to have a significant fever until the temperature is above 100.4 F (38.0 C). However, if you have consistent low grade fever with cramps then kindly elaborate your query. Kindly answer the following to comment further and advise accordingly.

For how long have you had this fever
Is it happening only at night time or has it occurred at some other time too
Do you have any morning stiffness when you wake up
Do you have any difficulty in performing daily activities
Is your menstrual cycle regular
Do you have any possible focus of infection e.g sore throat, headache, runny nose difficulty in swallowing, frequent painful urination or shortness of breath/ productive cough.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
