Hi, Duration is 3 months rashes subside after 10 days and recursive, only on left forearm, no medication taken, no history of allergy. Regards, XXXX

Hi,
According to your complaints, it seems to be tinea which is a fungal infection ( most likely) or eczema.
I would recommend him to apply an antifungal cream like Luliconazole cream on the affected areas once daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 2 weeks.
