Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
After going through your details I would like to tell you that untreated high blood pressure can cause headaches so kindly monitor your blood pressure and be regular with medication if your BP stays more than 140/90 mmHg.

Causes for headache with nausea or vomiting can be dehydration or low blood sugars so kindly keep yourself hydrated drink good amount of fluids and have small frequent meals to avoid low blood sugars levels.

Follow up with these two things mentioned above because in your case this can be the major cause of headaches.

Hopefully this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
