Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have viewed the images. I will keep a possibility of Seborrheic dermatitis.
I suggest you to use a mildly potent topical steroid e.g Desonide 0.05 %cream(Desowen cream), twice daily for 2 weeks.
You may use cetrimide 5% solution (Cetrilak mild 5% solution) for shampoo. Ketoconazole shampoo should not be used in an infant.
These are prescription medication and I advice you to kindly talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.

Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.
Seborrheic dermatitis can relapse. You may use a moisturizer regularly e.g Atogla lotion, twice daily. Over that I suggest you to use Pimecrolimus 1%cream (picon cream or elidel cream), twice daily for the patches. It is not a steroid cream and can be used longer if required. Though it is slower acting than steroids creams which I had suggested earlier.
