Brief Answer:
Recurrent fall evaluation.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The recurrent fall is a real problem in older adults . More at risk are white males of 65-79 years diagnosed with the heart attack, angina, stroke asthma, COPD, arthritis, depression, and diabetes.
Also some medication that you may be taking to cure hypertension can give orthostatic hypotension . I recommend you to stand up not quickly but gradually and with support.
Also if you suffer from diabetes a hypoglycemia episode can make you have a fall . It is associated with blurred vision and dizziness.
Also vertigo if you are suffering from middle ear problem can cause fall.
If you have any rush to go to toilet due to urinary tract infection or overactive bladder it becomes a cause to fall.
Also you should do an ECG to check for heart diseases or arrhythmia that increase fall risk.
All this factors need to be evaluated by your doctor and to fix them.
Also you can use calcium and vitamin D to prevent fracture.
Also you can adjust your home to see for hazards that needs to be adjusted such loose carpets, seats that are too low or dim lighting, or safety devices that need to be installed such as handrails or grabrails.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
