Question : Dr., I went to a primary care doctor and had blood tests done. I am low in Testosterone. He also owns a hormone therapy clinic. What would you recommend me doing to boost the T.?

Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern and reports attached.
Yes, testosterone level is low for your age but you need to exclude before the 2 most common causes of low testosterone; a high prolactone level and a high TSH.
If one of them is out of normal ranges, than it should be corrected on order to correct testosterone.
Otherwise you need to start treatment especially if you have low testosterone symptoms (fatigue, muscle weakness, loss of libido, body hair loss ect).
Physical activity can help you to boost testosterone but as i mentioned before a clinical examination and some other blood tests are needed before to exclude common pathologies associated with low testosterone.
