Hi I sent pic it's the darker spot like I said had checked before was told it's nothing but was curious
Brief Answer:
This could be solar lentigenes
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
These seem to be local dark patches of skin with irregular borders. Currently do not seem worrisome. You may visit a doctor, if they increase rapidly or change colour, shape or become hard.
These look like solar lentigenes but solar lentigenes usually occur at sites o sun exposure like shoulders, face, upper body, etc. These are harmless but may increase with more of UV exposure.
I would advise the following:
- keep the skin covered when going out in sun
- if it is on the buttocks, it could be due to use of public washrooms. Take your hygienic measures, cover or clean the seats before sitting on them
- Drink cleaner water
- Eat easily digestible foods
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Try hydrocortisone 1% cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
You can use hydrocortisone 1% cream twice a day to be applied on affected area for 3-5 days and see if it gets better. Vaseline, oil or a thick cream can be used long-term.
