Brief Answer:
Seems food poisoning
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Your daughter seems to be having food poisoning, since she was travelling in train.
Anyways, we need to control her vomiting. She needs antiemetic like ondansetron syrup (Ondem Syr). Give her this syrup (one dose) now before giving any food. Then give her food after 15 to 20 min. Also give her ORS that is reconstituted in cleanest drinking water.
This will take care of her for tonight. If symptoms worsen, please take her to a doctor immediately. Otherwise for further treatment take her to a doctor tomorrow morning.

Can you please recommend food for her.
Brief Answer:
Give her anything that she likes
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Give her any food that she likes to eat. There is no restriction on food. It should preferably be soft, semi-solid and should not be dry or hard food. One example is cerelac. Other foods like XXXXXXX khichdi, etc can be given. Avoid juices.
