Question : I have a rash on my arm I think is a allergy I take Benadryl and it gos a way.. comes back I’m not sure what’s causing it seems to get worse when I eat

Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern.

It may be due to Allergetic reaction, as per your history it increases after eating so I would suggest you to keep a watch on what you are eating.

Note down the items which you eat and then you get these rashes ..try to avoid those foods in future.

Try to avoid any food that you have started to eat recently .

Till then you can take Tab Allegra 120 once a day and Tab Atarax 10 mg at night in case of itching after physician consultation.

You can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally .

Keep your self well hydrated and avoid allergens.
