I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to different possible causes:

- a metabolic disorder like anemia, thyroid gland dysfunction or vitamin D deficiency
- an inflammatory disorder like arthritis or an autoimmune disorder
- heart failure.

For this reason, I would recommend performing some tests in order to differentiate between the above mentioned possible causes:

- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound to examine your heart
- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count for anemia
- ESR, PCR for inflammation
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- kidney and liver function tests
- Vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency
- Rheumatoid Factor plasma levels.

You should discuss with your Doctor on the above tests.
