Hi I have no other symptoms, no temperature or anything. The only thing I have is may be once a week I get cramp in the back of my legs.
It is worse when I am working. I am a typist. My feet and ankles really balloon up.
I do heel raises every hour and stretch my calves.
This started around 5 months ago I was on Triamcinolone injections for my asthma. I had 1x40mg then 2x80mg and 1x40mg each 4 weeks apart. I have now stopped these injections 6 weeks ago.
I have seen a Podiatrist who says I have good pulses in my feet.
When I rest overnight my legs and feet resolve but once I start working either in my home I work I am back to square one.
My feet when this happens feel very tight and stiff.
I am worried sick something serious is going on and no one seems to be able to give me an answer as to whats wrong.

Probably peripheral blood circulation issue, follow the advice below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
The symptoms seem to be related to a peripheral blood circulation issue.
There is no specific cure for this condition. It is very important to make lifestyle changes.
I recommend to exercise daily, avoid smoking if you smoke.
I also recommend avoiding too much salt in the diet.
With these measures, you can maintain it under control.
Hope it helps dear.
