while I don't really expect a full answer, I want to preface this while I can with the simplest part that an big part of my right side of my penis has nerve damage as a result of something I'd done as a child, and so I can't feel these nerves, it becomes relatively dysphoric as well, I don't really know how to explain it in a way that doesn't sound kind of crazy or nonsensical but I really just don't think anyone can fix what I've done and would rather scrap the entire thing so I can not be so fixated on my libido when I don't want to be and be unable to fixate on my libido when I want to be and that's the best sort of description I can give I guess.

I can understand totally your stage as a practitioner since 2 decades.

* Issue is being of anatomical structures problems from different reasons,
the management will consist of multiple aspects.

1. Psychology issue will be the greatest and of utmost importance in this
issue.
Feeling of getting rid of the organ sense from eunuch state will help to
certain extent but not totally.

2. Many considerations to be made as sequence of hormone depletion apart
from loss of sex urges, as voice alteration, body image, muscle built, hair
distribution pattern and rest of the male characteristics which are solely
dependent upon testosterone levels.

In my opinion, there is best need of counselling with a therapist first regarding your concerns and needs before deciding to go for eunuch stage.

Ok that all sounds definitely good.

I do have one last request and question outside of this more, dire possibility of eunuch stage and ask if there really is a way to repair the nerve damage properly even gradually potentially. I've heard that it's hard to operate on that type of thing in particular but I'm welcome to suggestions. I'm potentially looking to damage the other nerves the same way I damaged my other ones if it simply becomes impossible. This way I can socialize more readily without having to fixate at least on the sensation. Chemical would probably be a better route than direct surgery also maybe?

* For any repair of nerve, the extent of damage is to be evaluated
thoroughly through nerve conduction study with or without MRI as per the
individual case need.

If you have gone through any of the reports in past, please take time to share the same with me in follow up conversation for better understanding of the extent of the nerve damage.

Many of the times, nerve damage of long time with complex presentation is hard to operate and yield lesser percentage of results in comparison to fresh nerve damage or less complex pathology.

* My XXXXXXX opinion is to get detailed counselling session and psychotherapy
with an expert psychologist which may be curing your current issue even
without chemical or surgery because though process matters a great
rather than actual tissue problem.

To solidify what I mean, certain nerves in my penis react to different sounds, one strand reacts extremely powerfully in comparison to all the rest in some instances and it is very noticeable that there is a disconnect as a result of the previous damage done in some sensations as well.

The ideal would be to repair the damage.

The if all else fails would be to give up and consider eunuch
