I had a salad with lettuce tomato croutons cheese and ranch dressing and after I did that about an hour later my stomach was in pain I had the chills I felt like I had a fever I had I was vomiting and I had loose stools. My stomach been hurting for almost 12 hours.

Brief Answer: Treatment is as follows Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. In such situations I advice following: 1. A combination of Antibiotic like Ciprofolaxacin and Tinidazole. 2. Pantoprazole 40mg for relief from Acidity and Domperidone for relief from Vomiting. 3. Take Oral Rehydration Solution 4. Lot of oral fluids to Maintain hydration Usually it takes 3-5 days to recover well. Also if there is recurring loose motions and vomitings we prefer to give antibiotics and fluids intravenously.
