Question : When I breathe, there is a rattling sound from my chest and I also have cough. So please tell me the medicine for this.

Hi,
As per the symptoms you have mentioned it looks like lower respiratory tract infection.
You would need to get chest x ray and get directly examined by a physician to rule out the exact cause and as per my opinion will be needing a course of antibiotics.
For temporary relief take Syr. Grilinctus 5ml .
Do steam inhalation and throat gargling
Do get directly examined by a doctor
