Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Your age and gender please.
Since when have you got coughing?
Since when is the pain present?
Any local swelling at the pain site? If yes, does it increase on coughing? If yes, is it reducible?
Any gastrointestinal symptoms like pain in abdomen, bloating, nausea or so?

As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The possibilities are:
You have a para-umbilical hernia with entrapped fat that pains on coughing as straining causes the neck of hernia to constrict on the contents.
Muscular strain.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Feel if there is any lump as explained above. Put a flat of palm on the area and cough hard to see if anything is enlarging under the palm. If so then this may be a hernia.
If nothing is prominently palpable then this may be muscle strain.
Just to remember, there can be inflamed organ like appendix or diverticulum underneath.
High resolution Ultrasonography of abdominal wall and abdomen can help in proper diagnosis.
Please get these things checked to know the proper diagnosis so that an appropriate management can be done, avoiding any complication.
I hope this answers your query and helps in getting an appropriate diagnosis and management.
