Question : Help! I've been trying to eat healthier for about a week now and now I don't feel hungry at all and when I do eat something I throw it back up and feel dizzy all the time. What is going on?

no food allergies, does it whenever I ear any type of food even soup, also I do have anxiety but ive had anxiety for awhile
