Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor

Usually in patients who have undergone stach surgery we recommend to eat small amounts of food and frequently.
Probably you eat fast and in this situation this is normal to feel like you prescribe
In your case as you explain in my opinion probably you should discuss with your doctor. If you were my patient I would recommend you to do a gastroscopy examination to see closely the food ways .
Another test is an abdominal ultrasound for the abdomen cavity it's organs. Please discuss with your doctor for the above
