Brief Answer:
Probably burning mouth syndrome, follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

The symptoms seem to be related to burning mouth syndrome. The cracked lips in the corner can be related to anaemia.
I suggest to do some examinations for further evaluation.
I recommended:
-A complete blood count
-Glycemic level
-Thyroid hormone levels

Meanwhile, I suggest to avoid spicy foods, smoking or alcohol.
I also recommend to drink a lot of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
