                                            I don’t feel this when I’m sitting down or standing up, just mainly laying down for sleep.
Try doing less exercising.

I read your query and here is my advice.
You are probably having symptoms of restless legs syndrome.
Over exercising , especially before bed time ,don't doing stretching and not being well hydrated may contribute to it.
Also the lack of any minerals and vitamins such iron, folic acid, Vitamin B12, magnesium or vitamin D may contribute to it. Also test glucose levels.
You can firstly try to exercise doing moderate exercising, not before bed, being well hydrated.
If it doesn't seem to be better you can test the levels of minerals and vitamins I mentioned before.

If the feeling was throughout the day but doesn't seem like restless leg syndrome.
I don't think you need to visit a clinic now.
I think you better reduce the amount and intensity of exercising first.
