Question : When I push at all to have a bowl movement I bleed from my vagina sometimes dark old blood sometimes red is something wrong and where if it is?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think there is a problem which causes blood discharge from vagina. Having a bowel movement and straining can push the blood and make it come out. It can be black blood due to blood remaining in vagina for longer.
I think you should get evaluated doing a pap smear and colposcopy. I suppose it can be something wrong with colum uteri possible dysplasia.
