Question : When I wake up sometimes and I sleep on my left shoulder. Sometimes there is swelling on my eight arm which seems the blood or fluids have pooled in that area. What does it mean is it dangerous?

It is quite common and nothing to worry about it.
When you sleep one side the blood and fluid will get collected on one that side and it will settle by itself.
If you are worried, you can go for an ultrasound just for reassurance.
