Nystagmus to be evaluated further.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
Horizontally shaking vision may be related to horizontal nystagmus, or uncontrolled eye movement.
Since the MRI findings didn't find any neurological disorder to justify these vision problems, in my opinion, other possibilities should be considered and evaluated further.
Conditions such as very high refractive error, for example, (myopia) or astigmatism
congenital cataracts, inflammation of the inner ear, medications such as anti-epilepsy drugs may cause nystagmus.
I think you should see an Ophthalmologist first to evaluate any eye condition that is causing your issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
