Brief Answer:
Hair follicle infection most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to the ask a doctor....

I read history and saw the photos you posted. After that I feel that most probably the lesions may be the infection of hair follicles in the skin...also called folliculitis. I would like to ask few questions as below..

- is it occured for the first time?
- history of any systematic disease like diabetes or else?
- history of any drugs?
- family history of any disease?
- sexual history regarding intercourse with wife or other partner?

Kindly answer the above questions and get the blood investigations like CBC,blood sugar and HIV in nearby laboratory. Let me inform the result. After that I may advise you in proper way regarding the management of the disease.

Awaiting your reply.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome again...

Thanks for the providing history regarding allergy, testicular pain may be due to epididymo-orchitis, hepatitis B and some other pathologies...

All these suggest that you may be having poor immunity means lower resistance against infectious diseases. Let me see the blood reports first...then I may give you proper advice.

Awaiting your reply...

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You do not suffer from any STD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome again...

I saw all the reports you posted. Nothing is abnormal in reports related to STD. Now, it is clear that the lesions are due to infection in hair follicles. And the condition is called folliculitis and the cause would be poor immunity. Deficit of vitamin D might contribute to cause poor immunity. So, you should take vitamin D tablets once a week for the 6 months or till the normal level in blood. You may take broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline for the long time in proper dose under the supervision of doctor. Improve hygiene by taking Sitz bath in dettol mixed water.

Hope this would help you.

Thanks.
