Question : Hi, my wife 10 weeks pregnant. Is it advisable to do an NT scan now? If not, when is the ideal time to do it?

Yes you can have scan for nuchal thickness as it is ideally done in 9-11 weeks of gestation.
The most important part is the gestation and the observer so choose an experienced radiologist so that there is negligibl margin of error.
