Brief Answer:
Use toothpaste meant for kids till 7 years of age

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

The principle reason for using kids toothpaste instead of adult ones is to avoid high fluorine which may affect dentition if swallowed.

Since the adult teeth are formed by 6-7 years of age and also children do understand the proper way of brushing, we advice to start with adult toothpaste thereafter.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Take care
