Question : Hi,i had a medical abortion on the 3rd of sept and bleeded for 12days starting on the 5th,i had a pelvic scan which showed that my womb was clear and in good shape.pls when am i supposed to see my menses for this month.

Hi

After terminatung pregnancy it generally takes about 3 months for menses to return.

Even if the womb is clear the hormones in body associated with pregnancy take some time to get normal and periods start.
