Question : My son is 25 and is having discomfort in lower part of stomach or maybe and now he is feeling soreness of left leg down to his calf

Abdominal pain radiating to legs can be just a simple muscle strain.
However, Left sided abdominal pain radiating to the leg is concerning for possible inguinal hernia too, which should be ruled out. Physical examination can confirm the diagnosis.
