When Do Right-sided Throat Pain, Stomach Muscle Twitching And Vibrations Occur?

sir as you told me i am taking same medicine , but sir after taking the medicine my stomach is disturbed. i have a lose stool yesterday . i dont know its due to medicine. but now today stomach is better. but sir i have a lot of stomach muscle twitchings and vibrations . sir is there any serious thing? 2nd unbalance condition in my head is little bit reduced but still i am feeling today. but right side of my throat and neck is in a permanent dull pain . which is not sharp pain but it is still there. how many days it can take to normal? sir i dont know why my immune system is as much weak. even i was taking multivitamins from a long time. it gives me fear of hiv.
sir before i was taking probiotics because i was having ibs symptoms. should i start that again?

Sir i am trying to be fully hydrated. Can u please tell me what could be the reason behind this slight head revolving or dizzy feeling that comes just for a moment ? Is that related with my throat and ear dull pain? Can u suggest any medicine for that?

sir today my throat is better then yesterday. i am doing water and salt gargle. also dizzy feeling is very much reduced today. but sir today from evening i am feeling headache on same side where i have throat problem , neck pain all were right side. now this pain is up to neck and head also. its not high pain but its persistent. and also same side my eye also slight pain on the upper part of eye or forehead. sir i know i am little bit improving but how much time it will take. one more thing i observed today. now in evening time i found sometiems i am feeling heart beat going fast. i dont know its due to fear or its due to some problem? i am taking only one medicine ranitidine. Sir more fear is because before in past everytime i have throat problem that is always a simple throat problem. not related with muscles of neck or one side of throat.kindly suggest something.

sir every time i feel better soemthing happened bad again. now throat problem and right side pain was very much reduced from yesterday. and also my dizzy feeling as also very much reduced or one i felt slightly.
but sir today after 2 hours wake up in morning, i felt a pain in my uppder middle of back. its was very much sharp pain. and it was very much strong. i dont understand what is the reason. and from morning all the day this pain i felt. although it is reduced very much now. but i could not understand the reason. And before this pain from early morning i was not feeling hungry. may be it is related to that. kindly tell is that related with my other problems? its very sharp pain just at the middle of my upper back.
