Hi,
It depends on how it is. If it is lower than 100/60 then it may be a sign of inadequate fluid or salt intake or may be even normal in some people. If this is lower than 90 systolic then you should look for possible causes such as heart arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy or kidney issues. It is good to measure BP on both arms since some circulation issues may lead to different values.
