Question : I did a poo, and when I looked in the bowl there was a c shaped red prawn like thing floating in toilet about the size of a 50 p. The poo was painless and no blood was on the tissue when I wiped

You seem to be suffering from intestinal worm infestation.
You may take albendazole 400mg once daily at night for 5 days.
Along with it take tablet Ivermectin 6 mg once.
