Question : My gal kid is 10 days old. Still her umbrical cord has not fallen. Is it normal???

It is normal for the cord end to remain for some time. If the black end has not fallen, and the child is uncomfortable, or showing redness surrounding the umbilical region, then you need to get the child to a pediatrician. If no symptoms of an infection is there, then the cord would be falling off soon. Just make sure that you keep the tip and area clean.
