Question : my son is 1 week and a day d and his pee pee ring has fallen off and his umbilical cord also but we thought one of them take a few weeks is it to soon to fall off

Umbilical cord usually falls within 1 week, this is a normal thing. If umbilical cord does not fall in 10 days then there are chances of infection at umbilical region.

his pee pee ring cuz he for circomsized that fell off today also but don't know if it was supposed to fall off yet

Pee pee ring for circumcision should be there for 14 days for skin to heal properly.

I suggest you to get the child examined by the surgeon who did circumcision.
