Question : When i stand up my legs are weak and they shiver sometimes. My head doesn’t feels right and body too. I am exhausted all the time. Migraines.blurry vision. Feeling unbalanced and feeling like fainting. My heart beats feels in my stomach.like stomach is beating. Am I having any neurological problems?

The problem may be more of cardiac origin ( any arythmias ), or low thyroid gland function.

I see from other questions of yours that you had blood tests and CT scan there was not a problem.

Ifno cardiac or thyroid problems, in my opinion, anxiety disorder remains the most likely condition that is causing your issues.
