Lupi FSH is a hormonal preparation that can be administered to both males and females depending what is being tried to be achieved. So, I would need to know the details before I can comment upon the dose. In females it is given for ovulation induction or also polycystic ovarian disease. In such a case, usually it is given after assessment of the status by folliculometry. 75 IU or 150 IU is given depending upon the clinical judgment of the clinician, or based on the response to previously administered doses of the same in the patient.
