Question : Hi,
My Son will complete 5th month by April 6th. I have a doubt that need from when I will feed him apple and how will I feed apple like I have to boil the apple?

Till 6 months only breastfeeding should be given

Can understand your concerns.

Till 6 months of age only breastfeeding should be given because child gut is not mature enough to digest other foods.

After 6 month, complementary feeds should be started.

Initially, for 1 week start with milk based diet like glucose biscuit in milk, bread in milk.

After that gradually start meshed banana boiled apple, ceralac.
