Question : Hi doctor.I am 33 years old. This month my periods started in 28 day cycle i.e XXXXXXX 19th .Wanted to know which day will be best for conceiving?My height is 5.5 and weight is 56.

Best period for conceiving is Ovulatory period. This is the period which usually occurs on 14th day of period, in which mature ova are released and if this ova comes in contact with sperm then the fertilization occurs.
To increase the chances of fertilization and getting pregnant, intercourse is advised every other day or regularly after 11th day till 21st day of menses period.
