Question : we are trying to have babies for past 4 months.however it is not working.I tried calender method to track ovulation.Menstrual cycle for my spouse is for 28- 30 days and has period for 5 days.Her periods are reqular and normal.Also please advise if we can have intercourse during period days.

Hello

In a healthy female with normal menstrual cycle, ovulation happens around 14 days before the next cycle. You guys need the calculate that and have intercourse regularly around that day (daily for 2 days before and 2 days after that calculated day).

No there are almost no chances of conception with intercourse during bleeding phase of the cycle.

During the intercourse I observed that entire semen is coming out of the vagina.Is it normal for everyone or do I need to take any action?

Healthy sperm can survive upto 3-4 days.
