Tetroful plus contains folate, methylcobalamin (Vitamin b12) and other vitamin supplements.

It is used for Vitamin B12 deficiency anemia, folate deficiency, nerve problems, anxiety or depression and Erectile dysfunction

In erectile dysfunction it is used as a primary medication.

If it fails to improve ED then other medications like sildenafil need to be added.

Can this tablet be used alongwith Sildenafil tablet and duralast tablet?
Also, what is TENTEX ROYAL used for?

I was prescribed these three medications :

TENTEX ROYAL, DURALAST, TETROFOL PLUS for treatment of ED.
Is this fine?
These were told by a psychiatrist.

Duralast is Dapoxetine a new drug used to increase the duration of sexual activity and for premature ejaculation.

Tentex Royal: It is a herbal medication for himalaya and is used for erectile dysfunction and increase sexual desire and enhance erection.
It is safe medication can be used long term basis

You can take Tetrofol plus along with these medications as per your doctor instructions, I have not found any drug interactions between them.
