Brief Answer:
Magnesium

Detailed Answer:
Magnesium may decrease the blood levels of Levothyroxine (thyroid medication). It is recommended to separate administration of oral levothyroxine and oral magnesium salts by at least 4 hours.

In general, it is best to take the thyroid medication first thing in the morning on empty stomach with water, and to avoid taking vyvanse/other medications / breakfast / any food/ beverage for the next 30 to 60 minutes.

So practically if you took your thyroid medication and Vyvance as above, and then the magnesium at lunch (as long as it is at least 4 hours after breakfast time)/ dinner it should be ok.
