Question : Hi,

I was 5.5 weeks pregnant. Started abortion pills on 14th July. In TVS RPOC done on 28th July, there were some tissues left. I repeated dose of abortion pills on 29th and 30th July, but felt no cramping or bleeding after second dose. Can you please advice if there are still chances of expel. Should I wait for 1 week for next Ultrasound or I should go for DNC.

Hello and welcome to Health Care.Magic Forum. Thanks for trusting is with your health query.I have gone through your query and understand your concerns completely.
There is nothing to worry about, just wait for a week and get a repeat scan.
The RPOCs at this stage are usually small and cause no Symotoms while expulsion so it is not mandatory to have symptoms.
