Question : What is the right time before meal to take Nateglinide Tab 60MG?
Brief Answer:
Before meals
Detailed Answer:
Nateglinide is recommended to be taken typically right before meals. The product label says 1 to 30 minutes before meals and that is accurate.
it doesn't matter if you take it half an hour prior to starting your meal or right before it. It will have the same effect practically of improving glucose rise in the blood stream after eating meals.
When a meal is skipped it should not be taken.
I tell my patients to take it just as the meal is about to be ready and they are certain to start eating in a few minutes
