Brief Answer:
Wait for withdrawal bleeding or expected date of menses.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

With a history of severe vomiting after consuming the emergency contraceptive pill, which is one of the side effects of high dose of progesterone hormone in the pill, and on the other hand, there is no withdrawal bleeding as yet after consuming the pill.
As it is almost a week long after consuming the pill, you were supposed to be getting the withdrawal bleeding any time now.

Presently, I will suggest you that you should wait for the expected date of menses. If you happen to get your regular menstrual period then you need not worry about the pregnancy.

If you happen to cross your dates then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of any doubt, blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

I hope this answer helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Very rarely, yes. Be patient and wait and watch.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Usually, you should have your withdrawal bleeding by now.
Very rarely, it can get delayed for the reasons not yet understood.

In some women, it can even delay the expected date of menses sometimes.

Be patient and keep watch. Wait for the withdrawal bleeding or expected menses. As such no intervention can be done presently.

I hope this answer helps you.

Thank you.
