Question : I have had a pulsating in my right side abdomen area for the last couple of days. No pain however

These pulsation are usually due to muscles going into continuous spasms and relaxations. Also called as tics. This occurs due to spontaneous release of nerve impulses and has usually no specific cause.
Yet it is better to consult a Neurologist for clinical evaluation, further investigations as suggested by clinical examination; serum electrolytes and as advised.
It is very rare to have any vascular problem without any symptoms.
