Question : Hi, when a Nexplanon is being replaced, where in the upper arm should the new nexplanon be inserted if it was originally located on the inside of the arm?

1) Nexplanon can be inserted on the inner part of upper part of arm. Inner part of forearm can also be used.
2) Alternatively it can also be inserted on the inner part of arm or forearm of other hand.

If my first nexplanon was placed on the inner part of my left upper arm, can my nexplanon be placed there again?

Yes. It can be placed in left upper arm at different site but better option is to place on the bottom of upper arm or upper part of other arm.
