Question : I have pain and swelling in my left ankle since one week. I showed to a doctor. He said its due to flat foot. He suggested to use heel cushion and medial arch support. Please let me know which companies products are good to use. Please suggest any other remedies/medications.

I generally recommend flamingo products to my patients. These are really good to use. Do toe stretches, calf stretches and towel stretches several times a day, especially when you first get up in the morning. To reduce inflammation, take an aspirin or ibuprofen at mealtime

Is it ok if I buy Vissco Silicone Medial Arch Support - Universal or Can I use Vissco Cushioned Orthopaedic Insole - Universal instead ?

Is combiflam ok to take for reducing inflammation ? What is the dosage and frequency ? Are there any side effects of combiflam ?

Further my doctor suggested to keep my legs soaked in warm water or is using ice pack ok as well ?

It is ok to buy Vissco Silicone Medial Arch Support.

It is ok to take combiflam for reducing inflammation. 1 tablet as and when required ( do not repeat a dose before 6 hours) with food. It can cause gastritis,so it is better to take antacid along with it.

It is ok to use both warm water and ice packs .
