Brief Answer:
Infection is localised so the markers may be normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Hidradenitis Suppurativa is chronic inflammation of sweat glands. As the inflammation is chronic the blood work may be normal and inflammatory markers may not be elevated. As the infection is localised to the particular area and is non invasive ( not involving the blood) the inflammatory markers may be within normal limits .

h.s isn't a infection though. I am currently on Humaria for the past 3 months but I am also being checked now for M.S. is that something that can be checked with blood work or is that another condition that does not affect the blood?
