Question : Which is the best baby soap for fairness and pimple free skin? My 1 month baby color is going down and she’s getting red pimples, rashes and white pimples too.
Baby age: 1 month 15 days

Use mild cleanser like syndet based soaps

Usually it is normal for a month old baby to get these kind of rashes on the face .
I usually suggest
1. Avoid powder
2. Use mild cleaning soaps like syndet based like tedibar etc
3. Wash face frequently
4. If still pimples increase may need clinical examination
