Brief Answer:
Cataflam can help.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Muscle cramps most of the time occur for no known reason, and they're harmless.

Sometimes, it can be due to dehydration, muscle fatigue or electrolyte abnormalities. It is better to drink sufficient fluid and also see that your intake of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium ) is sufficient. You can drink Oralyte for this.
You can use anti inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen, cataflam with meals provided there are no contraindications to their use. In case the cramps are persistent then proper prescription medicines may be needed.

I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Thank you very much Doctor Tayal. Do you think it is safe to take my Valium 2mg every night instead of occasionally...? For some reason when I am really stressed or when I don’t eat right or enough for the day since to make it worse . Since medications are not quite indicated and there are no complete control for this night leg cramps. is that correct ? Sir.
