Brief Answer:
kindly see detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Out of medications, only tab. diltiazem may cause dryness of mouth. Low blood pressure also can cause increased thirst. So do blood pressure monitoring and accordingly consult with your doctor. I don't think that any other medications may cause thirsty. Let me know whether do you have increased urine frequency, fatigue? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

I'd suggest you to check blood sugar level after consultation. Kindly follow if you have any query. take care.
