Question : While having intercourse with my wife I felt my penis pop. It was not painful, but now the penis has a curvature
to it. The curvature isn't painful, but I can't have the same kind of erection that I had before this happened.
What might this be?

It may be due to Penis fracture.
Usually aggressive intercourse can rarely cause the penis fracture.
Penis fracture is the rupture of tunica albugenia ( fibrous layer covering corpus cavernosa of penis). Nerves supplying penis may also be damaged.
It need immediate medical attention.
If left untreated it may cause permanent curvature of penis and erectile dysfunction.
